Barry Diller is the Chairman and Senior Executive of Expedia, Inc. Mr. Diller has been Chairman and Senior Executive of Expedia since its spin-off from IAC/InterActiveCorp ("IAC") in August 2005.

Prior to joining Paramount, Mr. Diller served as Vice President of Prime Time Television for ABC Entertainment.
